What we can and cannot help with
Before you write
We can correct a ledger figure, explain how a rating was reached, and point you at an operator’s current terms.
We cannot recover a suspended account, chase a redemption, overturn a verification decision or intervene in any dispute. We have no relationship with operators that gives us standing to do any of that. Those matters go to the operator’s own support, and if that fails, to your state’s consumer protection office.
